On the s3371, can I use both top and bottom ports to supply body sprays and shower location?

The Moen S3371 valve only controls the temperature. To supply water to body sprays and a shower head you will need a volume control trim and valve.

What is the capacity of the 3371 - i.e. how many gpm. I want to know how many shower heads/body sprays can be connected to this

The Moen S3371 has a 17gpm capacity. This will allow you to use 4 body sprays, Handheld shower and two shower heads.
